Facility Rental Coordinator: $19.81- $21.03/hr, DOE
HR Specialist: 6am - 12pm (30 hours/week)
Facility Rental Coordinator: 12:30pm-2:30pm (10 hours/week)
40 hours per week COMBINED, 12 months (261 paid days) for HR Specialist and 10 months (187 paid days) for Facility Rental Coordinator
Definition: Under the immediate supervision of the Human Resources Manager, performs work of moderate difficulty coordinating employment functions and acting as a liaison with the district's substitute vendors.

High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
Under general supervision performs work of moderate difficulty coordinating and providing administrative support for the rental of district facilities.

Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
Knowledge of CFSD enrollment and residency rules and regulations
Knowledge of CFSD campus access rules and regulations.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
Skill in using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Skill in communicating effectively, orally and in writing.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, administrators, students,
parents and the general public.
High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of administrative experience.
