Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee employee lifecycle processes, maintain HR records and documentation, administer policies, and continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment activities for designated roles, partner with hiring managers, coordinate onboarding programs, and deliver new hire orientation sessions.
  • Learning, Development & Performance: Support learning and development programs, administer the LMS, develop training materials, and coordinate performance management initiatives.
  • Internal Communications & Employee Experience: Manage internal communications processes, maintain communication channels, support employee engagement initiatives, and coordinate Inclusion & Belonging programs and campaigns.
  • Employee Relations, Reporting & Compliance: Provide HR guidance to employees and leaders, support employee relations matters, maintain HRIS data integrity, produce workforce analytics, and support compliance activities.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in HR projects, implement process improvements, leverage technology solutions, and support strategic HR initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multiple HR disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, employee relations, HR operations, and internal communications.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • CHRP designation completed or in progress is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS, Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Hybrid work environment based at the Corporate Office in Toronto.

  • Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 lbs.

Salary Range: $78,750 - $122,350

The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
