Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your payroll and personnel management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and supportive teammates.
You'll help ensure seamless payroll processes and compliance with labor laws, making a tangible impact on employee satisfaction and operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Finance, and external auditors), manage payroll calculations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing monthly payroll processes and employee data, but also handle social security notifications and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs
Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security legislation
Experience in payroll calculations, including attendance, salary, overtime, and fringe benefits
Preferably experienced with SuccessFactors
Proficient in MS Excel
Fluent in Turkish and English
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
High level of commitment to confidentiality
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
