Human Resources Specialist (Fully Remote)


We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting HR functions across a distributed workforce.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating virtual interviews

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws

  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality

  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and time tracking

  • Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and procedures

  • Track employee performance, evaluations, and training initiatives

  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related role

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience supporting a remote or international workforce

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
