As our office undergoes a transformation into a new service model designed to drive excellence and establish itself as a trusted advisor, we are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team.
The Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) Lead is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and enhancing the new HRSS team in the Human Resources Office (HRO). As a senior leader, this role is accountable for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle operations and driving operational excellence across HR functions. With a focus on streamlining processes, standardising best practices, and harnessing automation and technology, this role ensures the optimisation and continuous improvement of HR operations.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of three years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
