JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Talent Advisor serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to hiring leaders and is responsible for delivering comprehensive, full-cycle recruiting solutions across the organization. This position develops and executes targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract, assess, select, and hire highly qualified talent while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Senior Talent Advisor uses industry best practices to advise leaders on hiring strategies and workforce needs. This role independently manages complex and difficult-to-fill positions, develops proactive talent pipelines, supports executive and leadership recruitment, and identifies opportunities to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, technology, and outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead team recruiting efforts and provide direction and oversight.
• Develop and deliver integrated recruitment services; consult with hiring managers to identify position needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen, interview and recommend candidates for employment
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities within the company HRIS.
• Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure service levels and engagements are maintained throughout the process.
• Serve as main point of contact for executive recruiting, including creating itinerary for on-site interviews and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Enhance the candidate experience through leading the onboarding process including new hire orientation, training and events.
• Act as a mentor to designated department staff and maintain responsibility for assisting with training of new hires to the Talent Team.
• Promote brand awareness to increase employment consideration through social media, community outreach and activities, open houses, campus events and other methods.
• Evaluate effectiveness of talent strategies and identify process and procedure improvement opportunities.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technologies, and updates HR leadership on changes in laws and regulations related to talent recruitment; execute and present on ad hoc and routine reporting.
• Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and levels within an organization.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with demonstrated success identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Ability to develop recruiting strategies for specialized, difficult-to-fill, high-volume, professional, leadership, and executive positions.
• Ability to set priorities, take initiative and seek out innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, leaders, executives, and external partners.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruiting, interviewing, candidate selection, and hiring.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS technology, sourcing platforms, Microsoft applications, and other recruiting technologies; knowledge with Dayforce platform a plus.
• Ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on changing business needs, labor market conditions, and organizational priorities.
• Ability to converse and write fluently in English.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered based on organizational requirements.
• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible talent acquisition/recruiting experience required, including demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, specialized, difficult-to-fill, and leadership-level positions strongly preferred.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and passive candidate recruitment required.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in an external staffing or recruiting agency environment is a plus.
• Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
• Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or talent acquisition/recruiting certification preferred.
