  • Did we say benefits? Full medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, paid holidays, paid time off, short & long term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more!
  • This role offers broad exposure across recruiting, engagement, and HR operations, making it a great opportunity to grow your HR skill set while partnering closely with supportive leadership.

Who you’ll work with:

  • You’ll partner with OMS managers and supervisors across multiple sites to support hiring, engagement, and employee lifecycle needs.
  • You’ll regularly collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization, both on-site and remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
    • Support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across OMS and the broader Young Innovations organization.
    • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment screenings, and help ensure a strong candidate experience.
    • Assist with recruiting projects, metrics, and process improvements.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Serve as the OMS engagement champion, supporting recognition programs and culture initiatives for on-site and remote employees.
    • Help plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and company-wide initiatives aligned with Young Innovations’ values.
    • Act as a go-to HR resource for employee questions and engagement support.
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, employee data updates, and HRIS accuracy.
    • Track and follow up on HR administrative projects such as training completion, wellness requirements, benefits enrollment, and policy acknowledgements.
    • Support audits, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations while keeping the HRBP informed on progress and priorities.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least one year of heavy recruiting & HR experience strongly preferred with exposure to multiple HR disciplines is a plus.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
