Job Summary
The HR Reporting Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate human resources data, producing HR compliance reports, and ensuring the organization complies with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies. This role supports HR leadership by monitoring compliance requirements, managing HR systems data, and preparing reports used for audits and regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities
HR Reporting & Data Management
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports related to headcount, turnover, diversity metrics, compensation, benefits, workforce trends and others.
Assist with managing the company’s equity plan, providing reports, and updating the BOA awards system. Uploading and managing awards. Providing plan insights to the VP of HR and General Counsel.
Provide various types of HR data to accounting and other departments as needed.
Assist the HR Systems and Processes Analyst with HR data to identify trends and provide insights to HR leadership and management.
Support workforce planning and strategic decision-making through data reporting and analytics.
Complete Benchmarking requests.
Other reporting duties as assigned.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit required compliance reports such as EEO-1, complete 401k nondiscrimination testing, benefits compliance related filings, and other regulatory filings.
Assist with internal and external HR audits and ensure proper documentation and record retention. Provide information to internal audit team on a timely basis.
Track mandatory training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
QualificationsQualifications
Education
High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience
3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR reporting, HRIS administration, or compliance-related roles.
Experience working with HRIS systems, experience with Paycom and BOA benefits online platform preferred.
Experience preparing regulatory HR reports or supporting HR audits preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Intermediate /Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and recordkeeping requirements.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Office, remote, or hybrid work environment.
Occasional extended hours may be required during audits or regulatory reporting deadlines.
