What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including posting positions internally and externally, sourcing and screening candidates, and forwarding qualified candidates to hiring managers as needed.
- Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Ensure job boards are accurate and that Spooner is properly billed.
- Communicate with other departments (Accounting/RCM/Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding for new staff.
- Work with the Director of Human Resources on recruitment strategy.
- Assist employees with general Human Resources questions and requests.
- Assist in organization of Human Resources records, employment files, and terminated employee information.
- Assist with analyzing data related to employee retention and turnover.
- Complete timely reports on employment activity as requested by the Director of Human Resources.
- Promote Spooner’s vision and core values through events, awards programs, celebrations, or job fairs.

What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum high school diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years office administration.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Previous experience with Payroll Systems, Paycom preferred.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate understanding and teamwork.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
