The Role

  • Workforce planning and restructuring

  • Ensure alignment with wider organisational and people strategies

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Track KPIs and measure success of transformation initiatives

  • Produce dashboards and reports to inform decision-making

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impact and people risks

  • Facilitate governance forums and steering committees

  • Influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organisation

Change & Communication

  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies

  • Deliver workshops, engagement sessions, and briefings

  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout transformation programmes

Risk & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and mitigate project and people-related risks early

  • Escalate issues appropriately and manage organisational challenges

  • Embed lessons learned and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience

About You

  • We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience delivering HR systems and digital transformation projects

  • Hands-on experience implementing an HRIS in a global environment (Dayforce desirable)

  • Strong project/programme management expertise (PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)

  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
