En Prysmian estamos buscando un@ Profesional de Recursos Humanos con base en Bogotá, Colombia quien estará encargado de asegurar la gestión integral de procesos de Recursos Humanos, mediante la atracción y selección de talento, la coordinación de formación y entrenamiento, el seguimiento a planes de desarrollo y mejora, la actualización de habilidades y el cumplimiento de programas corporativos y normativos, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de las capacidades del talento y al logro de los objetivos organizacionales.
Gestionar los procesos de selección del personal, asegurando la atracción, evaluación y vinculación de candidatos alineados con los perfiles requeridos, la cultura organizacional y las necesidades de la operación. Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a los procesos de formación y entrenamiento del personal, garantizando la ejecución de actividades orientadas al desarrollo de conocimientos técnicos, habilidades y competencias requeridas para el desempeño del rol. Realizar seguimiento a los planes de desarrollo, mejora y fortalecimiento del personal, promoviendo acciones oportunas que contribuyan al cierre de brechas y al crecimiento profesional de los colaboradores. Mantener actualizada la información relacionada con habilidades, competencias, entrenamientos y avances del personal, asegurando la trazabilidad y disponibilidad de datos para la toma de decisiones. Garantizar el cumplimiento y seguimiento de la cuota SENA, gestionando la vinculación, acompañamiento, control documental y reporte oportuno de aprendices, de acuerdo con los requisitos legales y lineamientos internos. Velar por la correcta ejecución del programa Energizando tu Futuro, asegurando la coordinación de actividades, el acompañamiento a los estudiantes y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la compañía. Atender, orientar y hacer seguimiento a los estudiantes vinculados al programa EYF y cuota SENA, promoviendo una experiencia positiva, el cumplimiento de compromisos y la adecuada integración a la organización. Garantizar la actualización, control y gestión de los manuales de funciones, perfiles de cargo y organigrama de la compañía en el Sistema Integrado de Gestión, asegurando su alineación con la estructura organizacional vigente, los lineamientos internos y los cambios aprobados. Consolidar y reportar indicadores, avances, novedades y oportunidades de mejora de los procesos a cargo, proponiendo acciones que fortalezcan la gestión del talento. Acompañar a líderes y áreas usuarias en la implementación de lineamientos de Recursos Humanos asociados a selección, formación, desarrollo y seguimiento del personal.

This role will contribute to strengthening talent capabilities and achieving the organization’s objectives.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and onboarding of candidates aligned with the required profiles, organizational culture, and operational needs. Coordinate and follow up on employee training and development processes, ensuring the execution of activities aimed at developing the technical knowledge, skills, and competencies required for the role. Follow up on employee development, improvement, and strengthening plans, promoting timely actions that contribute to closing gaps and supporting employees’ professional growth. Keep information related to employees’ skills, competencies, training, and progress up to date, ensuring data traceability and availability for decision-making. Ensure compliance with and follow-up on the SENA quota, managing the onboarding, support, document control, and timely reporting of apprentices in accordance with legal requirements and internal guidelines. Ensure the proper execution of the energizing your future program by coordinating activities, supporting students, and ensuring the achievement of the objectives established by the company. Support, guide, and follow up with students linked to the EYF program and SENA quota, promoting positive experience, fulfillment of commitments, and proper integration into the organization. Ensure the updating, control, and management of job descriptions, role profiles, and the company’s organizational chart in the Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment with the current organizational structure, internal guidelines, and approved changes. Consolidate and report indicators, progress, updates, and improvement opportunities related to the assigned processes, proposing actions that strengthen talent management. Support leaders and user areas in the implementation of Human Resources guidelines related to recruitment, training, development, and employee follow-up.
