What you'll be doing

  • Support P&O Business Partners on day-to-day people’s topics, onboarding, and Welcome Days
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture events with the People & Culture team
  • Coordinate learning programs and talent development initiatives
  • Get hands-on with Total Rewards: market compensation research, benefits administration, and reward projects
  • Power our Talent Acquisition team — sourcing, interview coordination, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns targeting young regional talent
  • Bring your digital mindset to improve dashboards, processes, and collaboration tools

What we're looking for

  • Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a bachelor's or master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • Genuine curiosity about HR and eagerness to explore multiple domains
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to connect at all levels — team members to senior leadership
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort with technology
  • Ownership and reliability: you run with tasks independently and collaborate openly
  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
  • This is an excellent opportunity for UAE nationals ready to learn, grow, and build their skills at the start of their professional journey.
