The Job

• Handle day-to-day operations and administration of the HR C&B function, including but not limited to payroll processing, retirement scheme administration, tax reporting, and group benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and payroll systems and ensure systems operate smoothly and all relevant controls comply with regulatory requirements.
• Provide advisory support and respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries on payroll and other C&B-related matters.
• Assist with C&B-related initiatives and projects, including workflow improvements, external and internal audits, market surveys, and payroll system enhancements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support projects as assigned.

The Person

• Degree holder with at least 3-year relevant experience in sizable organizations, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Solid payroll operations experience, with strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS; experience with Workday and IPL will be a definite advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
