The Grand Turk Cruise Center (GTCC), a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & plc, is located on Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos Islands. GTCC hosts cruises from around the world and delivers its guests a memorable experience. GTCC presently seeks an HR Manager, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a human resources program to include employment processes, coaching and counseling, training and development, compensation, benefits, performance management, communications, and regulatory compliance.
The HR Manager at GTCC reports to the Port Director/General Manager on site with a matrixed reporting relationship to the Sr. HR Manager, Global Destinations, based in our corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida.
