
THE ROLE: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, HUNTINGTON BANK FIELD - HOME OF THE CLEVELAND BROWNS
The Human Resources Manager at Huntington Bank Field plays a critical role in supporting a dynamic, high-volume sports and entertainment environment. This position oversees all HR functions for stadium operations, including full-time staff and part-time game day employees. The HR Manager ensures compliance, fosters a positive workplace culture, and drives talent strategies that support world-class fan experiences at Cleveland Browns games and other major events. They will partner with the General Manager and Regional Human Resources Director on key initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business performance.
