THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented Human Resources Manager to take ownership of all HR activities at our Swiss site, supporting a team of approximately 125 employees. In this role, you will be the trusted HR partner for employees and management, driving HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment. You will also leverage state-of-the-art HR IT systems to manage payroll, recruitment, and employee administration efficiently, making it easier to scale HR operations for our growing team.
