We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, including ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and federal contractor regulations while supporting organizational objectives and fostering a compliant, high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage HR functions/staff, policy administration, compensation & benefits, leaves/absences, federal compliance, and talent acquisition
• Update employee handbook
• Provide guidance on employee conduct
• Oversee FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OFCCP compliance
• Quality Management System alignment
• Event planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, master’s and/or technical discipline a plus
• 5-8+ years’ experience in an HR management role, preferably in a federal contracting environment
• Experience with technical/manufacturing recruiting
• Experience with compensation and benefits required
• Multi-state or international experience preferred
• Position regularly requires independent judgement and discretion
• Strong knowledge of employment laws/regulations
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and attention-to-detail
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
