Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Amman, Jordan

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all human resources functions within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing HR functions for a workforce of approximately 60 employees.

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 
  Extensive experience in Human Resources
• 
  Proven experience managing payroll, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations
• 
  Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 
  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
• 
  Experience managing HR functions for small to medium-sized organizations is preferred

Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• 
  Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• 
  Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• 
  Lead talent acquisition and support workforce planning.
• 
  Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
• 
  Foster employee engagement and create initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
• 
  Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor laws and company policies.
• 
  Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• 
  Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.
• 
  Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
