Human Resources Manager

The CCM HR Manager is a strategic HR partner who drives people initiatives across Mexico that support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. This role leads the People Communication strategy, serves as the Business-Focused HR partner for the BFHR organization, and partners with all COEs (Centers of Excellence) IT, and business leaders to optimize HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and enable organizational transformation through effective governance, communication, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Business-Focused HR partner for the BFHR organization, providing strategic partnership to HR leadership in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and employee engagement.
  • Establish and maintain a direct partnership with the Global Business Services (GBS) leaders in Mexico, collaborating on strategic initiatives that drive employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and enhance talent development processes.
  • Develop and execute the People Communication strategy for Mexico, ensuring consistent messaging, effective change management communication, and successful deployment of enterprise HR initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders, COEs (Centers of Excellence), and Corporate Communications to develop communication plans that support organizational priorities, culture, and colleague experience.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize HR processes by identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Partner with IT to design, prioritize, and implement technology solutions that improve HR operational efficiency and the colleague experience.
  • Act as the liaison between HR and IT to ensure HR technology initiatives align with business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Drive governance and project management for enterprise HR initiatives, ensuring alignment, stakeholder engagement, and timely execution.
  • Utilize HR analytics and business insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts for enterprise-wide HR initiatives, ensuring adoption, effective communication, and sustainable implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR governance standards.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, IT, Communications, and business functions to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement by leveraging Lean methodologies and digital capabilities to improve HR service delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner supporting corporate functions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving enterprise-wide HR strategies.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and developing HR professionals or teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
