Job Description

Human Resources Manager | Quebec & Atlantic Canada

Remote | Bilingual (English/French) | Some Travel Required | Temporary Contract (18 Months)

HR isn't here to sit on the sidelines.

Neither are you.

At CBI Health, we're looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager who isn't afraid to challenge thinking, influence decisions, and help leaders build stronger teams. This isn't an HR role focused exclusively on paperwork and policy. This is a high-impact role supporting multiple provinces, leaders, and teams. You'll be navigating change, balancing competing priorities, and tackling complex people matters. It's not always easy but if you enjoy influencing decisions, solving meaningful challenges, and making a visible impact, you'll find this work incredibly rewarding.

If you're known for asking the tough questions, bringing practical solutions, and earning a seat at the table, keep reading.

What you'll own

  • Partnering with leaders across Quebec and Atlantic Canada to turn business priorities into people strategies
  • Coaching leaders through growth, change, performance challenges, and organizational transformation
  • Bringing together experts across Total Rewards, Disability Management, Health & Safety, and other HR functions to solve business challenges
  • Driving performance, succession planning, and employee development initiatives that create real impact
  • Challenging outdated processes and finding smarter ways to improve the employee experience

You’ll love this role if…

  • You build credibility quickly and influence without relying on authority
  • You're comfortable balancing strategy and execution
  • You know how to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and get things done
  • You genuinely care about people while also being business-minded and results-focused
  • You love solving people challenges and turning complexity into action

What you’ll bring

  • You're fluent in both English and French
  • You bring 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment
  • You understand CNESST, disability management, and employment standards across Atlantic Canada

Why CBI Health?

Because meaningful work deserves meaningful impact. Every day, our teams help Canadians live healthier lives; behind every great client outcome is a team of engaged employees and strong leaders, and that's where you come in.

  • Flexible work model centered around remote collaboration
  • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Growth, mentorship, and development opportunities
  • A culture built on heart, respect, reliability, teamwork, and innovation

Ready to make an impact?

If you're ready to influence leaders, drive change, and help build a workplace where people and performance thrive, we'd love to hear from you.

Built for Everyone

We’re building a team that reflects the communities we serve – diverse, inclusive, and stronger for it.
