HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager supports organizational objectives through the administration of team member communications, compliance initiatives, benefits support, labor and union administration support, employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, reporting, and special projects. This position serves as a key partner in promoting effective communication, maintaining compliance readiness, supporting team member programs, and executing Human Resources initiatives across the organization.
The Human Resources Manager works collaboratively with leadership and departments throughout the property to ensure Human Resources programs and initiatives are effectively communicated, administered, and aligned with the Company's Mission and Values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recommend modifications to existing Human Resources programs, communications, and practices to the Director of Human Resources based on changing business needs and organizational priorities.
Lead, support, and oversee HR-related communications across the property, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with company values, policies, and business objectives.
Manage and administer company-wide communication platforms, including Rede App, Triple Play digital signage systems, email communications, and other approved employee communication channels.
Develop and maintain communication calendars and coordinate messaging related to organizational announcements, policy updates, operational changes, benefits information, recognition programs, events, and company initiatives.
Partner with leaders and departments across the organization to develop and distribute communications that support business objectives and enhance team member awareness and engagement.
Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and communication standards across all employee communication platforms.
Monitor and track compliance-related requirements, including required training completions, certifications, licenses, policy acknowledgments, and regulatory obligations.
Maintain compliance tracking systems and records to ensure organizational readiness and adherence to company, Tribal, gaming, labor, and regulatory requirements.
Generate compliance reports and communicate outstanding requirements to department leadership and Human Resources leadership.
Coordinate and support audit preparation activities and maintain documentation necessary to support internal and external audits.
Assist with the administration of team member benefits programs and serve as a liaison between team members, Human Resources leadership, and benefit vendors.
Support labor and union administration activities, including communication, documentation, tracking, reporting, and coordination of related initiatives.
Assist with communication and administration of annual enrollment activities and other benefit-related programs.
Coordinate and support team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, appreciation events, and activities that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to increase participation in team member programs and organizational initiatives.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze Human Resources reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce data.
Provide reporting and analytical support to Human Resources leadership to assist with strategic planning, workforce initiatives, compliance monitoring, and operational decision-making.
Lead and support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with leaders, team members, vendors, and external partners.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or four (4) or more years of management experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Prior gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or resort experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting Human Resources functions such as communications, compliance, benefits administration, labor relations, employee engagement, project management, or organizational initiatives preferred.
SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
