ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in our Wangara head office.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for responsible for HR function across the business, providing strategic and operational support to drive employee engagement, performance, compliance and organisational growth.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders on recruitment, retention and organisational development.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain talent.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, workers compensation and industrial relations matters.
  • Lead enterprise agreements and represent the business in Fair Work matters.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage performance review processes and support leaders with performance management.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the HRMS system.
  • Monitor employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
  • Lead, mentor and support the HR team.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10-15 years’ experience working within the HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights.
