Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition

  • Act as an HR Business Partner, provide advice on team structure, organization design

  • Work closely with functional managers to identify business and recruitment needs, thus drive the end‑to‑end hiring process to ensure effective and efficient hiring.

  • Act as an ambassador of company culture and values to strengthen employee morale and cross‑team relationships.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize recruitment channels, processes, and talent pools to attract qualified applicants efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits & Workforce Planning

  • Lead and execute monthly payroll process for office and frontline staff for Hong Kong and Macau

  • Lead monthly manpower forecast and provisions

  • Lead annual HR manpower budget planning and salary review exercise

Performance & Talent Management

  • Partner with line managers to implement the performance management process, including annual appraisal, talent review, and ongoing performance discussions.

Employee Relations and Employee Journey

  • Implement new employee onboarding and integration programs.

  • Maintain an accurate staff record in the HRIS and payroll system.

  • Follow up with line managers and new hires to support adjustment and retention during the early employment phase.

  • Participate in various HR initiatives and projects as assigned i.e. training & staff engagement.

HR Policy, Compliance & Projects

  • Develop, review, and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure HR processes and practices comply with legal and corporate requirements.

  • Execute necessary annual/ monthly audit and compliance reports.

  • Support Global and Regional HR initiatives

YOU NEED TO BE...

  • University graduate or above major in Human Resources management or relevant business discipline

  • 8-10 years solid experience on recruitment in retail/luxury/fashion industry Mature, dynamic personality, strong relating skills for building trustful partnership with all levels of staff in the organisation

  • Independent and proactive, strong customer-oriented mind set and can-do attitude

  • Good English level especially in written area

  • Good command of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint etc)
