NELCO Worldwide is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join a dynamic team in a key leadership position at a 90-year-old multi-faceted organization with services, manufacturing, and construction businesses. The company operates from multiple locations across the U.S. serving both domestic and international markets. We seek a Human Resources Manager that can preserve and enhance our critical and vibrant company culture to help innovate and guide our valued employees towards continued success and growthOur goal is to provide the highest quality products and services in each of the markets we serve in the safest and most environmentally compliant setting while creating a workplace where employees feel valued, engaged and excited to contribute to our mission and vision.
The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in both shaping strategy and executing day-to-day HR operations that strengthen engagement, culture, and performance across the organization. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a trusted partner to both leadership and staff. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to manage the full employee life cycle—from onboarding and benefits administration to employee relations and compliance.
