About the role:
Lafayette is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and oversight of core HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and HRIS data management.
This role serves as the primary operational partner to the Vice President of Human Resources, ensuring consistent, accurate, and compliant delivery of HR services. The HR Manager leads the HR team, maintains strong operational controls, and supports the organization's continued growth by ensuring HR processes are efficient, scalable, and well-executed.
This position directly supervises employees within the HR function, including roles supporting payroll, benefits, recruiting, and HRIS. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and ensuring effective team performance.

Pay: $78,000 - $97,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
