The Human Resources Manager for Benicia is responsible for leading and supporting the core functions port operations, including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. This role partners closely with port leadership and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR practices that support operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and organizational objectives.

Position Type

Compensation
Annual Salary - $80,000 - $100,000 DOE, Plus 5% of Annual Salary Bonus Based on Performance Goals.
