Key Responsibilities:

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the end-to-end execution of training initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to how an L&D functionoperatesin a professional services environment. You will work closely with the L&D team to coordinateprogrammes, manage data, and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for employees.

Training Administration & Coordination

  • Provide administrative support for learningprogrammesand initiatives

  • Organize and schedule courses, including managing enrolments andlogistics

  • Correspond with participants,instructorsand internal stakeholders on course details

  • Maintainaccuratetraining records and databases

Programme& Classroom Support

  • Provide support for in-person and virtual classroom sessions (e.g.set-up, attendance tracking, materials preparation)

  • Assistin the preparation and distribution of training materials and resources

  • Coordinate with vendors and facilitators whererequired

L&D Technology & Projects

  • Support implementation andoptimisationof L&D technology solutions (e.g.Learning Management Systems, digital learningplatformsand tools)

  • Participate in L&D tech-related projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives

  • Compile andanalyseusage and engagement data toidentifytrends and opportunities to enhance learning solutions

  • Workon documentation, workflows and simple troubleshooting related to L&D technologies

Data & Reporting

  • Assistin preparing management and training reports (e.g.attendance, feedback, completion rates)

  • Handle, manipulate andanalysetraining-related data responsibly

  • Helpmonitorlearning metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Team & Project Support

  • Provide ad hoc support to the L&D team on various projects and initiatives

  • Contribute ideas to enhance learner engagement andprogrammeeffectiveness

  • Participate in internal meetings and discussions as a learning opportunity
