Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Learning Content Development Intern to support the development of PBKU (PBK University) learning materials. This role will assist with converting training assets into SCORM compliant modules, editing instructional videos, and helping document course content in our Workday LMS system.

Your Impact:

  • Convert MP4 training videos and PDF materials into SCORM modules using approved e-learning authoring tools.
  • Edit training videos, including trimming content, improving audio, adding titles/graphics/chapters, and preparing final exports.
  • Support the creation of course documentation, including Course Descriptions and Learning Objectives for each training module.
  • Test SCORM packages for proper playback, navigation, and completion tracking across browsers.
  • Organize and maintain files using established naming and version control standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and report issues, updates, or needed revisions.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate questions or blockers promptly.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Learning Technology and Performance Systems.
  • Basic video editing experience such as Microsoft Clipchamp or Premier.
  • Interest in learning development and SCORM workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear written communication and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
