  • You are an expert in HR systems, specifically Employment Hero and Shiftcare, ensuring seamless integration between payroll and rostering.
  • You have a passion for compliance and a meticulous eye for detail, particularly regarding NDIS competencies and "Hope and Healing" certifications.
  • You are a brilliant communicator who can manage sensitive disciplinary processes with a progressive, supportive approach.
  • You lead by example, ensuring all staff files are accurate, visa registers are updated, and onboarding is completed with 100% compliance.
  • You are an excellent multitasker capable of meeting strict fortnightly payroll deadlines and managing ongoing projects like performance review cycles

What we are offering:

  • A competitive salary in accordance with the SCHADS Award.
  • Access to NFP Salary Packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay.
  • A supportive team environment including a Compliance Officer, Clinical Manager, and Rosters Coordinator to assist in workforce coordination.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership or senior specialist role within the NDIS or Community Services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and the casual-to-permanent conversion process.
  • Deep understanding of the SCHADS Award and Fair Work disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience managing mandatory competencies and training modules (e.g., Hope and Healing, NDIS Code of Conduct).
  • Ability to conduct VEVO, AHPRA, and National Police Checks to ensure worker screening compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the health and safety sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
