Internship at Novo Nordisk
At Novo Nordisk, we are committed to your development. Our Internship Programme is designed to bring together change makers and equip them with the tools needed to accelerate their personal and professional development. Working as a fully-fledged member of the team, you will gain invaluable skills through on-the-job experiences. You will also get to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions, gaining a good understanding of the organisation.
Your new role
During this internship, you will support different projects across the People & Organization team contributing to a positive employee experience, specially connected to employees’ benefits offering, culture building activities and day-to-day HR operational support.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related field and currently pursuing a masters’ degree or educational programme that allows to enrol in a curricular internship.
As a person, you are highly organized and able to manage your time effectively. You adapt easily to new tasks and environments, maintaining focus on learning and development. You thrive in collaborative settings, contributing positively to team goals, and communicate clearly with colleagues. We expect our Trainees to share our culture of continuously challenging ourselves to raise the innovation bar – to think bigger and strive to be agile to quickly adapt to the constantly changing world we live in.
