About the Role
Enhance your academic studies through Marriott’s Hotel Internship Program (Unpaid), where you will gain first-hand experience in the Human Resources function within the hospitality industry.
This program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in hotel operations from the ground up-following in the footsteps of many of our founders and leaders who began their careers in similar roles.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must:
• Be a current university or college student
• Complete the internship as part of your academic program
• Provide a formal letter from your school confirming internship requirements
