Job Description

Title of the Position: Human Resources Intern

Plant: Tepeji

Location: Tepeji del Río de Ocampo, Hidalgo

Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Current students from Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.

Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000MXN to 18,000 MXN and may vary depending on the selected work schedule.

Duration: 12 to 18 months.

Qualifications: Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Advanced English.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

About the Role:

As a Human Resources and Employee Experience Intern, you will work on focused objectives that generate a significant impact on the business and team culture. You will support communication, engagement, talent development, training, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the Tepeji plant.

Some of your tasks will be:

  • Support the communication strategy for our annual employee performance, evaluation, and growth cycle, and coordinate leadership meetings and events related to employee development.
  • Follow up on business strategies and priorities on a quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.
  • Support Human Resources projects, including the compensation transition and talent development initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement and employee experience programs, including EVE (Employee Value Equation) surveys and actions to strengthen the sense of belonging.
  • Support capability-building initiatives for administrative and technical employees, as well as gender equity, inclusion, and volunteer initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Ability to manage and track performance objectives and success criteria.
  • Communication skills and experience coordinating meetings or events.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources, compensation, and talent development processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Organization, initiative, and results orientation.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience or interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Participation in volunteer programs or leadership activities.
  • Familiarity with organizational culture and employee experience programs.
