
Are you looking to gain practical, foundational experience in resort human resources? As a Human Resources Intern for Summer 2027, you will provide daily clerical assistance and administrative backing to help our hospitality HR department run smoothly. In this role, you will work within an established procedural framework to assist with the onboarding process, coordinate new hire logistics, and support a wide range of essential human resource duties that keep our resort team connected and supported.

Ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
A normal office environment exists with a moderate noise level. Periods of high traffic will occur. Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
