Summary of Position

LawRank Mexico is looking for a motivated student who wants to begin and develop a career in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support recruiting, onboarding, documentation, administrative follow-up, and office operations while gaining hands-on exposure to different HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Support job postings, initial resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Organize and update employee files, forms, databases, trackers, and internal records.
• Follow up on documentation, signatures, invoices, receipts, and administrative requests.
• Assist with recurring reports and the collection of information for HR vendors.
• Support office purchases, vendor follow-up, and Office Management activities.
• Help organize internal events, employee celebrations, and special HR projects.
• Other duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in the final or second-to-last semester of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Human Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous professional experience is not required
• Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail, clear communication, initiative, follow-through, a service mindset, discretion, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Availability: Available to work part-time on a schedule compatible with school commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, and digital collaboration tools

Working Conditions
