Internship Overview:
As a College Intern in the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s bureau of Human Resources, you will gain practical experience in core HR functions including training and performance management, policy development, and recruitment. You will work collaboratively and independently to support various HR-related projects and assignments including:

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (undergraduate or graduate)
Preferred Majors: Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration
Preferred Skills: Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Captivate, Articulate365.Experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not required.

This internship is part-time, temporary.
This position is unclassified per 124.11 (A) (12), Ohio Revised Code.
Travel required, as needed. Must provide own transportation. Or, in order to operate a state vehicle, you must have a valid driver's license from state of residence.
