Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Duration: 5 to 6 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team in Hoofddorp. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR operations and recruitment while playing a key role in supporting our growing team. You'll be welcomed by three great colleagues who are excited to have you on board.

In this team you will be able to work on HR and Recruitment projects and participate in the organisation of company events, it is a diverse internship with a lot to learn!

Your profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• HR studies background or related field.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Create and post job advertisements.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Support onboarding activities.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, including managing employee records and office management tasks.
