Our HR internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and
meaningful connections that will help shape your future career. As an HR Intern you will support the HR team in
delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role provides
hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational development,
communications, and learning & development.
From day one, you'll engage in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions that
provide insight into the industry. You'll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to
different departments to broaden your skill set. Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to connect
with mentors and showcase your work in a final project. By the end of your internship, you’ll walk away with
valuable experience, a strong professional network, and a deeper understanding of your career path.
• The Internship is a temporary position at which may have the opportunity to be extended based upon performance. The Intern will collaborate with multiple leaders in various work streams, pairing education with practical, on-the-job experiences.• Partner with leaders to understand operations and policies.• Identify current best practices and conduct research on implementation strategies.• Provide support to business partners.• Assist with departmental initiatives, including projects focused around compliance and process improvement in the HR function.• Provide administrative support, as needed.
Education: • A Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience/Qualifications:• Proficient in computer usage, email, and MS Office Suite
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Customer service and people-focused mentality.• Ability to work on multiple high priority initiatives, simultaneously.
