Human Resources Intern

Role: Trainee HR – Internship (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through calls, job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers (Excel/Sheets)
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Must be Graduate
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Keen interest in HR / Recruitment domain
