Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing existing internal documents and identifying outdated or redundant content.
  • Help map the site architecture, including menus, categories, and folder structures.
  • Support the creation of page templates, navigation labels, and visual layouts.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to collect input from HR, IT, Communications, and program teams.
  • Document processes, naming conventions, and standards for Intranet governance.
  • Test page usability and provide recommendations to improve the user experience.
  • Track project progress and maintain clean project files and version controls.

Qualifications:

  • Must be between the 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
  • Comfortable working with digital file systems, content management tools, or collaborative platforms (experience with SharePoint or Google Workspace is an asset).
  • Basic understanding of web page layout, navigation, or UX principles (formal coursework not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in-office where health and safety measures have been put in place
