Join Our Team
Are you looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Summer Intern to support key HR initiatives and daily operations at our Blythewood, South Carolina facility. This is a great opportunity to build foundational HR skills while working alongside experienced professionals who support both plant operations and leadership.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire materials
• Support employee engagement activities and plant communications
• Help maintain personnel files
• Partner with HR team members on training coordination and tracking
• Assist with attendance tracking, reporting, and audits
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to HR processes
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Interest in manufacturing, operations, or plant HR

Preferred Skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Work Environment
• On-site role in a manufacturing plant environment
• Combination of office and production floor exposure
• Must be able to comply with all plant safety requirements
