Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Input historical data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and training database.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Maintain HR and employee files by scanning, copying, and filing HR documents in accordance with legal and administrative requirements and policies.
• Assist in compiling, inputting and preparing HR related statistical data.
• Collaborate with HR team in organizing and coordinating staff training events.
• Develop and modify internal and external job postings.
• Perform resume screenings.
• Assist with the HR Scanning Project.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Must be between the 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
• Some post-secondary education in area of Human Resources Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast based environment.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel and Power Point).
