The Opportunity
BCRI offers a structured Human Resources Internship for students seeking academic credit or practicum hours in a professional nonprofit healthcare environment.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations while supporting a mission-driven organization serving the Baltimore community. Interns will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience in nonprofit healthcare administration.
What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with personnel records management and documentation
- Participate in HR policy review and updates
- Provide compliance and administrative support
- Help track HR data and support reporting needs
Internship duties may be tailored to meet academic program requirements.
