To drive this digital journey, we wish to strengthen our Africa HR Team Casablanca Morocco, with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist.

To support this ambition, we are looking to strengthen our Africa HR Team in Meudon, France, with an HRIS Specialist. This role will play a key part in driving HR systems excellence, supporting digital HR initiatives, and providing operational support for Compensation & Benefits processes across the Area Africa organization covering 15 countries.

The HRIS Specialist will work closely with the Area HR team, Global HRIS teams, local HR Managers, Compensation & Benefits stakeholders, and country business leaders to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & Digital HR Transformation

• Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems across the Africa Area.
• Act as a key point of contact for HR system-related activities, ensuring alignment between global standards and local business requirements.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR digital transformation initiatives, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow and other HR platforms.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, and validation of system enhancements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve HR system issues in collaboration with Global HRIS teams and local HR stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and interfaces.
• Support system integrations between HR platforms, payroll providers, and other business applications.
• Maintain HR knowledge articles, process documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Assist with project planning, documentation, timelines, and follow-up actions related to HR technology initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, analyses, and presentations for HR leadership and management teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, process efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Compensation & Benefits Support

• Support the administration and coordination of Compensation & Benefits processes across the 15 countries within the Africa Area.
• Assist with annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and compensation reporting activities.
• Support data collection, validation, and consolidation for compensation and benefits analyses.
• Ensure HR systems accurately reflect compensation structures, organizational changes, and employee data.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and external providers to maintain benefits-related information and reporting.
• Generate reports and analytics to support compensation decision-making and workforce planning.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements related to employee data and compensation processes.
• Assist in the preparation of compensation and headcount reports for Area and Global HR stakeholders.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting solutions using available HR systems and analytical tools.
• Monitor HR data trends and provide insights to support business and talent decisions.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely production of recurring and ad hoc HR reports for country, area, and global stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Training

• Provide guidance and support to HR teams across Africa on HR systems, processes, and best practices.
• Deliver end-user training and awareness sessions for new functionalities, tools, and system enhancements.
• Promote adoption of HR digital solutions and encourage best practices across the region.
• Serve as a liaison between Area HR, local HR teams, and Global HRIS teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of HR digital capabilities within the Africa Area.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Information Systems administration, implementation, or support.
• Knowledge of HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, or similar HR technologies.
• Experience supporting Compensation & Benefits processes, HR reporting, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically diverse region.
