Located on a large, breath-taking private ranch on the outskirts of beautiful Cedar City, Discovery Ranch South ls is a licensed, accredited residential treatment center for for adolescent females struggling with emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Discovery Ranch South combines the power of traditional and experiential therapies to help young women and their families heal. Healthy relationships, novel and challenging experiences, and a strengths-based approach are how we foster lasting change.

As our HR Coordinator, you will perform most day-to-day tasks needed to keep the front office running, such as greeting visitors, answering the phone, and managing mail. You will also provide support to our administrators, manage onboarding of new hires, and help maintain critical files under the direction of the HR Manager.

Requirements

• 20+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12+ months of office experience
• Able to pass criminal investigation background checks
• Able to pass motor vehicle record check
• Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
• Great time management and punctual
• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Committed to keeping sensitive and protected information confidential
• First Aid & CPR certified (we provide)
• Crisis Intervention certified (we provide)
