Lead the agency’s talent and position management strategy as the Human Resources Hiring & Classifications Manager for The Illinois State Police (ISP). In this pivotal role, you will guide a dedicated team, drive hiring and classification initiatives, and serve as the key liaison connecting agency leadership with HR operations. You will shape policy by reviewing legislative and regulatory changes, collaborate closely with Labor Relations on contract and grievance matters, and provide expert guidance on Personal Services Contracts and temporary assignment processes.
