We are looking for an HR Generalist who is comfortable and capable of independently supporting HR functions across two retail locations — Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA — with duties split between both stores. Job Responsibilities
Manage the HR functions for two store locations: Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA, with duties shared across both sites
Carry out policies related to phases of the Company and Human Resources
Onboard new hires by completing all necessary paperwork and processes
Maintain coworkers’ records in accordance with Company and government guidelines for reporting purposes
Plan and conduct new coworker orientation and other types of training classes to foster positive attitudes and improve coworker retention
Responsible for promoting, initiating, and maintaining all facets of benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal review program
Responsible for timekeeping and payroll procedures
Handle all employee relations concerns with guidance from Corporate office
Oversee Human Resources Assistant in each location
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred
Prior retail sales management experience, preferred
4+ years Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.
Creative problem solving and confidentiality skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to learn HR computer systems
Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends; must be willing and able to travel regularly between the Plymouth Meeting, PA and Exton, PA store locations
