In this role, you'll provide operational and administrative HR support across our international employee population while partnering closely with the US Talent Operations team to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR and recruitment processes
Partner closely with the US-based Talent Operations team to support recruitment processes, candidate workflows, and global hiring best practices.
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple countries, time zones, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Generate, update, and maintain employment contracts, offer documentation, candidate communications, and recruitment templates.
Serve as a key Workday resource for the International HR team, supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle, organisational, and reporting activities.
Develop and maintain strong expertise in Workday functionality, partnering with Talent Operations and HR colleagues to improve system utilisation, data quality, and process efficiency.
Support Workday testing, audits, reporting, system updates, and the implementation of new functionality and enhancements.
Manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities across international employee populations.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
Respond to employee and manager enquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and systems.
Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, audits, and leadership data requests.
Contribute to regional and global HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives that enhance both the employee and candidate experience.
Support HR Business Partners with employee relations activities and broader HR initiatives that contribute to team and organisational success.
We're excited to hear from candidates who bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional HR accreditation such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, and process management.
Significant experience using Workday, including employee transactions, reporting, recruitment processes, organisational management, and data integrity activities.
Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Proven experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment administration across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Experience creating, maintaining, and updating employment contracts, offer documentation, and candidate records.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, HR data management, reporting, and process optimisation.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Experience supporting international or multi-country employee populations.
Experience supporting employee relations activities, investigations, or note-taking.
Knowledge of employment practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience supporting Total Rewards administration, HR projects, or global process improvement initiatives.
