Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 Program Human Resources (HR) Team is seeking an experienced, dedicated, self-motivated, and compassionate Human Resources Generalist (Experienced or Senior) to join the team in Renton, WA The successful candidate will be someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on our workforce.
Given the unique nature of our airplane manufacturing operations, we have opportunities available on 2nd shift (starting after 1:30 PM) This non-traditional shift is critical to supporting the 737 Program’s success.

Position Responsibilities:
Engage with employees daily on the floor, building relationships and understanding employee sentiment. Role model “HR on the Floor” by demonstrating a high-touch HR accessibility model
Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring every employee feels valued and supported
Connect with and influence employees and leaders to promote a positive workplace culture
Act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Address employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions and support to foster a collaborative work environment
Collect feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to shape our HR strategies
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing/production floor during shifts for real-time engagement and solutions
Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner across all shifts
Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.) for employees on alternative schedules
Partner with manufacturing/production leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challenges
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programs across all shifts
Maintain records of employee interactions and resolutions or follow-up actions
Identify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventions
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objectives
Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, guidance on company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflicts
Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Human Resources certification
5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce plans to meet organization objectives
Experience with HRIS platforms and technology, with preferred applications experience in Workday
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
