Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Connect with employees daily, build relationships and understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations
Empower and Support: Guide employees through HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported
Drive Employee Engagement: Collaborate with employees and leaders to cultivate a positive workplace culture that inspires everyone to thrive
Champion Change: Act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions that foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
Data-Driven Insights: Gather feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, shaping our HR strategies for the better
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions
Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues positively and fairly
Administer HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching
Partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to understand and implement HR programs in specific areas
Keep records of employee interactions and resolutions, ensuring follow-up actions are taken
Identify recurring employee concerns or trends and report these to HR leadership for proactive solutions
Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies
Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values, modeling our expectations through consistent employee interactions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Human Resources
Experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Human Resources certification(s)
6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
1+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
