Human Resources Generalist – Resort Operations

We're looking for a hands-on, approachable Human Resources Generalist to partner with resort leadership, support our associates, and help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. What You'll Do

• Be a trusted HR partner: Serve as a go-to resource for associates and resort leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Create a great first impression: Partner with Talent Acquisition and department managers to support recruiting, hiring, new-hire orientation, and onboarding.
• Support our associates: Assist with benefits administration, leave management, workers' compensation, payroll updates, and employee-related questions.
• Build a positive workplace culture: Support associate engagement, recognition, training, and development initiatives that help our teams thrive.
• Partner with resort leadership: Provide hands-on HR support across resort departments, including coaching, performance evaluations, employee relations, and staffing needs.
• Keep us compliant: Maintain accurate employee records, support HR reporting and audits, and ensure consistent application of company policies and applicable employment laws.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of Human Resources experience, ideally in hospitality, resort operations, or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with associates and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
• A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to supporting a dynamic resort environment.
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, and payroll systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
